Eureka Builder is an Ethereum block builder that introduces the concept of "programmable blocks," transforming traditional blocks from passive transaction containers into active execution environments. Backed by Spark Capital and Collider Ventures, the protocol allows logic to be added during the block construction process to enable advanced features such as intra-block credit, deterministic transaction ordering, and state-aware pre-computation.
